Tired of fighting your steering? Tired of the constant swaying back and forth? We have the fix for you! Introducing our 95-00 (Old Body Style ONLY) Steering Shafts. Eliminate that worn out rag joint with a U-joint. Simply unbolt your lower steering shaft and put this one in its place for an all new driving experience.
The Intermediate Steering Shaft is the piece that slips into the lower unit. Usually these are not damaged, but can become worn. Can be selected to add in the drop down menu.
NOTE - Black Shafts are a Black Oxide Coating for a rust preventative. It is more of a flat black.
***Will NOT fit Dorman aftermarket intermediate half*** (Check options on drop down menu to get intermediate shaft if needed!!!!)

Can't find a better shaft
I'm not a mechanic and it was installed in less than 30 min. Definitely under 20 minutes if I had to do it again. Made a big difference in the steering. Money well spent!

GMC Sierra Lower Steering Shaft
I was replacing my 300k miles worn out steering box with the closer ratio Borgensen unit and decided to replace my lower steering shaft and rag joint while I was at it. The part was well made and fit perfectly! The truck steers like a sports car now!! Thanks Cunningham Machine!
