Tired of fighting your steering? Tired of the constant swaying back and forth? We have the fix for you! Introducing our 95-00 (Old Body Style ONLY) Steering Shafts. Eliminate that worn out rag joint with a U-joint. Simply unbolt your lower steering shaft and put this one in its place for an all new driving experience.
The Intermediate Steering Shaft is the piece that slips into the lower unit. Usually these are not damaged, but can become worn. Can be selected to add in the drop down menu.
NOTE - Black Shafts are a Black Oxide Coating for a rust preventative. It is more of a flat black.
***Will NOT fit Dorman aftermarket intermediate half*** (Check options on drop down menu to get intermediate shaft if needed!!!!)

1995-2000 Chevrolet/GMC truck steering shaft and intermediate shaft
I am very happy with this product. I am glad to be rid of the rag joint. My steering wheel is centered nicely and the on-center feel while driving is great. I also have a Red Head steering gears quick ratio steering box. My truck is a 1997 GMC K1500. Definitely take the new intermediate shaft if yours has been in there for a while. It makes the job a lot easier.

Just what a gmt400 needs
Man did I think rag joints were fazed out in the 90s...nope!. Once I figured it had a rag joint I knew that is where all my slop was coming from. Jumped on the website and did some research and stumbled across Cunningham! Just what the doctor ordered lol. Even optioned for the upper shaft 97-00 gmt400. Installed it in 1hrs top. And boy night and day difference, Just to sprinkle a little icing on the cake I installed A redhead steering box to go along with it. Best upgrade for these trucks

Excellent change in performance
This honestly is the best thing that could happen to your steering. I'm running 22 in Escalade rims on my obs and with the rag joint I always felt it lagged my steering. This however is a game changer. Its quick and easy to install and its very smooth to the steering wheel. no extra vibrations or anything that is noticeable but it does feel nice and tight when i maneuver. 10/10
