Eliminate that worn out rag joint with a U-joint. Simply unbolt your steering shaft and put this one in its place for an all new driving experience.
Also fit the 1994-1996 Impala SS cars.
NOTE - Black Shafts are a Black Oxide Coating for a rust preventative. It is more of a flat black. Some maybe powder coated black depending on how we get material in.

1988 Chevy Truck Steering Shaft
I had been thinking about replacing my worn rag joint steering shaft and watched some YouTube videos that highly recommended the Cunningham shaft. I am so glad I saw those videos! This was an easy swap and made a huge difference in the steering of my old truck. No more 2 inch play in the steering wheel.

Steering shaft 88-94 Chevy K2500
This is the best upgrade you could do for your truck. My K2500 had a recently installed new rag joint and it still handled as though the steering input was just a suggestion. Once ai out the new shaft in by Cunningham, it tracks and steers like a new truck. Amazing. I’ll be saving up for a second one for my other ‘’90 K1500!

So I love the product, it really Does change the steering like night and day ! However, you will see some different changes. You’ll feel a little bit more vibrations, not a big deal it’s normal! I also know it sounds silly but there was no “directions” so I had to take a minute to figure it out. Again. No big deal. Get this and fix some loose steering on your obs.
