These are machined from an very high quality self lubricating bronze. These do not just crumble like most of the aftermarket ones on the market. These fit STOCK door pins. Standard size our the most common bushing and used by most. Oversized for those that need to drill out door hinge bushing hole.

Door pins
Absolutely the best pins on the market, perfect tight fit and very sturdy. Brought my OBS doors back to life with no sag, best purchase for these trucks by far. Great job Cunningham machine!!

Game changer
The doors on my 1996 C1500 were not really that bad so i wasnt sure how much of a difference these would make but boy was i surprised. Took about 90 minutes to install both doors solo. I can now close the door with 1 finger. Feels like a brand new vehicle!

quality of bushings
I've installed 3 sets of pins and bushings from another manufacturer in the last 5 years. These bushings appear to be made from better quality materials and I'm hoping these will be the last set of bushings I have to install on this truck.

These work oerfectly
Okay, I had multiple issues in the past with the "currently available" door pins always failing. I found this by searching forums. Back in Feb I ordered them and they were installed. I deliberately waited to give my feedback. It's been 5 months how and the door pins are holding just fine. I think these are amazing and definitely do exactly what I needed ?

1992 GMC Sierra 1500 OBS p/u. One-man job to install except for replacing the doors, if you remove them for installation as I did.

OBS bushing and pins
A++++! I've changed pins and bushings about 3 or 4 times, always used Dorman because I didn't realize there was anything different. Install tool made the bushings super simple. Doors line up and open/close better than ever. Highly recommend!

I've done this job plenty and this kit and the tool make it so straight forward and simple. It just works unlike the junk from the local store.
