Older chevys thought it be a good idea to weld there hinges on.. then the door pin holes get hollowed out.. was planning on grinding them off and putting bolt on ones on. Then my co worker over heard us talking about that headache of a project and showed me these over sized door pins. Just got to drill a bigger hole…. Works fantastic. Door shuts perfect with no more slamming. I think it should be noted that the only way we could drill the holes was with a right angle drill.. not sure how else we could of done it. Not much room and we just took the whole door off too

OBS door pins
Much higher quality than what you find at the local parts but for the price I would expect that. I’ve changed pins twice before. Time will tell if these hold up longer.

OBS door pins / bushings
Ordered for my '94 suburban. I was impressed with the construction of the door pins. They fit snug and the bronze bushings were much harder than the factory ones. Should last for a long long time. Grateful to Cunningham for being the only aftermarket parts company that REALLY makes parts better than OEM parts.

If you only want to do this job once, use these. The best set available on the market. Working on the second GMT 400 with worn pins. If customer service is a concern I'm telling you that Jeremy went above and beyond to fix a shipping snafu.

Truck door hinge pins
They fit like a glove. Easy to install and are top quality in materials used. Worth the money over cheaper kits out there. They should last me another 38 years.
