Our 3D printed Headlight saver is designed to epoxy to the back of the bezel and save the switch. No trimming of the factory broken nubs needed in this design. The piece to epoxy on has a small groove in it to show the area to apply to epoxy to.
It would be best to assemble the unit as pictured to test fit everything prior to mixing the epoxy. Use some type of weight to keep the part good and flat while it cures.
DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN THESE TINY SCREWS!! They do not need much tightening to hold the switch in place. They are heat inserts into 3D printed parts and can be ripped out.
Contains - 2 3D printed pieces, 4 bolts, and 1 tube of gorilla brand 2 part plastic epoxy.
