These are machined from an very high quality self lubricating bronze. These do not just crumble like most of the aftermarket ones on the market. These fit STOCK door pins. Standard size our the most common bushing and used by most. Oversized for those that need to drill out door hinge bushing hole.

bronze door bushings OBS
Appears to be a very high quality bushing. Just installed a couple days ago and i am hopeful they will outlast the OE style cast bushings. They installation tool made the job a breeze.

Obs door bushings and pins
By far these are the best door bushings and pins on the market. Easy installation and proper clearance for smooth operation. I highly recommend these if your having the usual sagging of the obs doors

door bushing and door pins
These are my second set of pins and door bushings,, no fault od Cunningham machine. I took my truck to get painted and the painter messed up the pins and bushings. The first set worked like a champ. The second set is also working as well as the first set. The door is level and closing properly. I'm not having to slam the door close and opening the door is just as easy. I also bought the bushing tool to help place the bushing in the hole. It made it soo much easier.

Door pin bushings
Worked exactly as desired great company I did not need the oversized, but I bought them just in case very easy to work with took me less than an hour and a half to do both doors very straightforward easy installation with the bushing installer that things is a lifesaver very high-quality products thanks.

Much better than the LPS cast bushings
My son has a 98 OBS truck that had the typical sagging driver side door. I wasted time and money on the brittle cast junk bushings from the local parts store. Two of them actually cracked and broke when I accidently dropped them. These might be "expensive" compared to the chineesium junk from the LPS, but I know I'm not going to have to replace them in at least 10 years. These and the install tool are worth every penny.

I had recently replaced my door bushings with a big name brand and they after 2 months failed, these are the second product I have ordered from Cunningham Machine and just like the steering shaft the quality is unmatched, I will be ordering more when it’s time to do the other three doors.
